What is the code to program a computer virus?
It is a normal code just like any other program you are doing. They only. For example, if I accept to install your program, then you can do whatever you please. That is called a local exploit.





But if you wish to do a remote exploit, then you have to research on remote exploits which are not patched. Usually they are underground, you have to have some sort of hookups to get those new exploits. Once you have them, any normal developer could hack any machine.





And the FBI or LOCAL POLICE will knock at your door the next day cause you don't know what the hell your doing.
