My neon had a check engine light with a code of PO 456. Can anyone tell me what that code means.

Fuel evap system small leak detected. You may have left your gas cap loose or it may have a cracked hose in the fuel evap system. Remove, clean and tighten your gas cap also clean the surface where it seals in the filler neck. Drive it for a few days and if that was your problem the light will go out on it's own, if not you will need to have the evap system leak checked.
