How do you use the genetic code chart?

I need to find the base sequenceon mrna, anticodon sequence and base sequence of DNA molecule of bradykinin. I don't know how to use the genetic code, I went to every website but every single one of them is no help. I don't understand anything at all. Please help.

How do you use the genetic code chart?
"Bradykinin is a physiologically and pharmacologically active peptide of the kinin group of proteins, consisting of nine amino acids.

Bradykinin is a 9 amino acid peptide chain. The amino acid sequence of bradykinin is: arg - pro - pro - gly - phe - ser - pro - phe - arg. Its empirical formula is therefore C50H73N15O11."

From: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bradykinin

You can work backward from the 9 amino acid chain to derive the DNA sequence, since each amino acid is generated from a specific DNA sequence. If you need a table for this conversion, see:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Codon

Note: Each sequence of three DNA units converts to a specific amino acid. For example, the amino acid Arg (Arginine) is coded from the following DNA sequences:

CGU, CGC, CGA, CGG, AGA, AGG

Additional info, easy to read, is on Wikipedia, the free, online encyclopedia. Example:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_sta...

takes you to a list of standard amino acids.

Hope this helps!
