I have locked my phone so I can't even turn it on. I forgot the unlock code and I don't know how to reset it. I tried taking the battery out for 24 hours and that didn't seem to work so I need alot of help here!

You should be able to turn it on. If you do get power, try #9999, or 9999. If that doesn't work, try the last 4 digits of your number. Usually these are the default codes. If not, you will need to take to an outlet that supplies the service and have your phone reset.

Reply:if you are using t-mobile or at%26amp;t you can call customer care and ask for the PUK code. when you enter the unlock code incorrectly too many times, the phone locks and asks for the PUK code.
