I have already tried master code which is generated with the help of IMIE but it didn't work with Nokia N73 sets. Kindly suggest me any other idea.

its usually the last 4 digits of your phone number.
if not it's usually the last 4 digits of your social sec number.. depends on the provider, but almost always its the last 4 digits of that phone's number.

Reply:call your carrier give them the IMEI # and they will e-mail the unlock number with instructions to unlock the phone.
